I'm in the middle of writing a Washington Times review of "Neoconservatism", the collection of essays edited by Irwin Stelzer. One of the book's great virtues is that it lays an awful lot of myths to rest. Sorry to quote David Brooks again in the space of a few days, but I can't help it:
"If you ever read a sentence that starts with 'Neocons believe', there is a 99.44 per cent chance everything else in that sentence will be untrue."
