I hate to sound like a High Court judge, but until today I wasn't entirely sure who Sophie Anderton was. (A link is provided here as a public service gesture.) Her name popped up in David Baddiel's Telegraph essay (not yet on-line) championing the merits of reality TV. He didn't really convince me, but he did include a priceless line about her decision to take part in "I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here". Sophie wanted the public to see the real woman and not just the bra model. Sadly, she reverted to type after a row with Three Degrees singer, Sheila Ferguson:
"OK, she's sold three million records or whatever, but I've sold just as many bras - and a bra costs twice as much as a record."
