SHIFTING THE DECK-CHAIRS ON THE TITANIC

Splashing the news across the front page, the Telegraph thinks we should be excited about the prospect of a fresh-faced Old Etonian, David Cameron, being groomed by Michael Howard as the next Conservative leader. I'm sure it plays well with the party's movers-and-shakers in Notting Hill and South Ken, but the Lib Dems must be laughing. If the Tories want to make themselves irrelevant, they're going about it in just the right way.
