POLLING DAY - FIRST IMPRESSIONS

The BBC's reporters, bouncing around all over the radio airwaves, sound distinctly excited, which I take to be a bad sign for Bush. Dubya supporter Jim Geraghty, at NRO's comprehensive Kerry Spot , seems just as up-beat, though. The Kerry-backing New Republic blog contributes lots of local colour.
I've been expecting Bush to win by three points all along, but that's even more of a guess than you'll get from the average pollster.
